Q1: How is SMS service charged?

SMS service is charged per message. Promotional offers are available during the launch period. Please contact technical support for details.

Q2: How is SMS billing calculated?

SMS characters = signature characters + template content characters
If total characters <= 70, it counts as one message
If total characters >= 70, it is a long message and will be split. Every 67 characters counts as one additional message
Note: When counting characters, Chinese characters, letters, decimals, symbols, etc. are each counted as one character. Billing is based on successfully delivered messages only.

Q3: Are there restrictions on SMS signatures?

Domestic SMS signatures consist of 【】 and the signature content, which should be 2-8 characters, composed of Chinese, English letters and numbers, with no special characters allowed. For example: 【Baichuan Cloud】.

Q4: What are the restrictions on SMS content?

  • SMS must include a signature
  • SMS must include an opt-out method
  • Messages involving politics, SMS industry promotions, carrier promotions, or unsolicited bulk messaging are prohibited

Q5: Is there a limit on SMS sending frequency?

The same phone number for the same app can receive up to 20 messages per day.

Q6: Are there restrictions on SMS sending time?

Verification code SMS can be sent 24 hours a day

System notifications and promotional SMS can be sent from 8:00 to 22:00. Nighttime sending should be avoided to reduce user complaints.
