SMS Types

  • Verification
    Used for sending verification code messages. Suitable for registration/login verification, password recovery, payment authentication and other scenarios.
  • Notification
    Used for sending system notifications. Suitable for order notifications, logistics notifications, system messages and other scenarios.
  • Marketing
    Used for sending promotional notifications, new product launches, member care and other marketing messages.

SMS Format

An SMS message consists of a signature and the message body.
For example: 【Baichuan Cloud】Your login verification code is 1234, valid for 3 minutes.

SMS Signature

A signature is the identifier at the beginning of an SMS message, used to identify the company or business. Signatures must be reviewed and approved before use.
Examples: 【Baichuan Cloud】【Baichuan Technology】
Specifications: Signatures must be 2-8 characters, composed of Chinese, English letters and numbers. No special characters allowed. Cannot be purely English or purely numeric.

SMS Template

A template is the SMS message body content. Customers can customize SMS messages through template parameters. Templates must also be reviewed and approved before use.
Example: Your login verification code is ${code}, valid for ${time} minutes.
Note: ${code} and ${time} are variables that can be specified when sending the message.
Specifications: Cannot contain 【】 symbols. Content involving real estate, immigration, loans, politics, adult content, or violence is prohibited.
